Amercia’s Cup 12 Metre Regatta Tour
Tour includes
- Briefing: a brief history of the Americas Cup is given to the guests where after they are split into teams and given positions/task within the racing team
- Training: guests are tendered to their race vessels and are given training in how their position is done. They are given practice time to get comfortable in their role on the racing team.
- Race: head to head race against another Americas cup sail boat
- Victory sail: guests are given the chance to take the wheel on returning to the mooring after the race
- Rum punch Party: complimentary Mount Gay rum punch and or Sodas and beers are available upon returning to the 12 Metre Yacht club.
- Boutique: guests are given the chance to browse and shop in our 12 Metre boutique where custom 12Metre merchandise can be purchased. Flash drives with the days race photos are available for purchase.
*Complimentary soft drinks and bottled water are available throughout the tour. Beers are served after the race upon returning to the mooring. *
Notes
Guests are advised to wear comfortable clothing, soft soled shoes and sun protection. No bathrooms are available on board the sailing vessel and guests are advised to use the bathroom at the 12 metre base before departure.
